Rodney Elmore started Commonwealth Exterminators, Inc. in 1982. We have over 40 years of experience providing pest management in Southside Virginia, Northern North Carolina and all of the Lake Gaston area.
Rodney, along side his children Rhonda & Ricky, strive daily to continue to provide our communities with superior service, from a business they can trust, with the most up-to-date, environmentally friendly pest control techniques.
Our service professionals, are trained year-round, exceeding both Virginia and North Carolina requirements. We take great pride in being a Quality Pro (link this) Certified Company, the first in the area. This ensures our customers that all of our staff has been through extensive background checks, drug testing, and have safe driving records. Commonwealth Exterminators is a member of the following associations: National Pest Management Association, Virginia Pest Management Association, North Carolina Pest Control Association, Central Virginia Pest Management Association, Associated Pest Services. We also proudly support our local chambers of commerces.
One special trait is our heavy involvement in the community we serve; everyone’s commitment to their community and volunteerism is directly aligned with our values and company culture. Many of our team members service in officer positions on Lake Gaston Volunteer Fire & EMS Department, Lions’ Club, local cancer associations, church outreach and other local charitable organizations.
