You have your wonderful lake home…and when you decide to come visit, you don’t want to spend ½ day upon arrival getting groceries stocked, and getting the house “ready” to enjoy. Take the worry out of your stay and let us take care of it for you!

CONCIERGE PROGRAM

Call 2 days in advance (Mon-Fri) for

• Grocery Shopping (list provided by customer)
• Turning on heat or air conditioning to desired temperature
• Fresh linens on bed (yours)
• Leaves swept off of porch
• Replace light bulbs as needed (within 9ft reach)
• Recent Newspaper and/or Magazine
• Porch light turned on
• Check & Replace Air Filter (provided by customer, already in home)
• We will serve as a representative of you in the event a plumber, electrician, cable tech, etc needs access to the home, at your request 

JUST CHECKIN’ IN PROGRAM

Maybe you aren’t going to be able to be here for a while at your lake home. With our JUST CHECKIN’ IN program, we will go by your house, do a visual inspection around exterior & interior of home and check for any areas that may be of concern (ex. Heat/Air not working, water leaks, appliance failure).

• Documentation of each inspection including dates, times, and results
• We can also provide digital photos of your property at the time of our visit, and email them to you upon request.
• It is the client’s responsibility to provide us with key to the property.
